Scope:
Commissioned to survey an existing structure and compile a detailed conditional assessment report. The findings supported the as-built documentation and gave the design team a clearer understanding of the building’s current state.
The process is non-invasive and can be completed quickly. When carried out by a trained architectural eye, it provides significant value. In this case, the assessment identified latent defects and potential risks that had direct implications for the project budget and planning.
