Methodology
A range of tools (analogue and digital) and survey techniques are used to capture existing conditions with precision. Where available, historical drawings are referenced to enrich accuracy and context. Where required, drone mapping, LiDAR scans, and Land Surveyor’s drawings can be integrated.
This service often forms the foundation for further digital workflows such as Digital Models 3D, where existing conditions are visualised in three dimensions for design, analysis, and presentation purposes.
